On the evening of May 21, the Conference Center at Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School (PKUSZ) hosted the final of the 2026 Campus Top 10 Singers Competition, themed “AI Gathers at Nanyan, Voices Resonate Across 25 Years.”

The event marked the 25th anniversary of the Shenzhen Graduate School and brought together over a thousand faculty members and students. Liu Jiatong, a student from the School of Advanced Materials, won third place with a standout performance.
Competition Format
The final consisted of three rounds:
• Round One – Solo Performances:Each contestant performed individually. Scoring was based 80% on professional judges’ scores and 20% on an audience poll.
• Round Two – Duets:Contestants performed in pairs, judged solely by the professional panel.
• Round Three – Championship Round:The top three contestants competed for the final title, evaluated on vocal technique, stage performance, and styling.
An online vote determined the “Most Popular Award.”
Jiatong’s Performance
Across the three rounds, Liu performed "Chile Ge" (a solo folk piece), "Big Fish" (a duet with violin accompaniment), and "The Sky" (a minimalist vocal piece). Blending bel canto with folk inflections, her dynamic range and artistic versatility earned her third place.
